The outside dates for Ex SPARTAN HIKE 2009 are 7 - 23 Jan 09, with Registration for the Competitors on 10 Jan and dispersal on 21 Jan.

The DIN for SPARTAN HIKE 2009 is 2008DIN10-032, which can be accessed via the DIN library using the Army Intranet; DINs will no longer be published on this web site. The Ex Admin Instuction will be provided at the Team Captain's meeting. Any other entitled personnel wishing to have a copy should contact the Ex Controller.

The Team Captain's briefing for SH 09 will be on Tuesday 16 September 08 at the Bulford Study Centre, Ward Barracks SP4 9LT.

Welcome to the Exercise Spartan Hike web site.  The purpose of this site is to provide a tool which will make the planning and controlling of Exercise Spartan Hike easier for the team captains.

The 2009 Spartan Hike Team Captain's briefing day will be at 1100 on Tue 16 Sep in the Bulford Study Centre, Ward Barracks, SP4 9LT when team captains will be given a Spartan Hike briefing pack as well as a full brief on SH 09. The briefing pack will also be sent to those who cannot make the meeting
